| "i-Tr@der has 'built in' tools to set-up and manage the entire business platform..... from anywhere!"
|
|
 |
 |
Secure gateway to your system:
When you use i-Tr@der for your business, we provide a completely seperate copy just for you. This means that we can configure everything that we need
to to suit your business. Branding the system for your business is important to make staff feel 'at home'. Allowing staff to choose their desktop backgrounds
can also help to minimise the impact of change amongst your team.
i-Tr@der configuration and setup can all be done online. This means for many customers that they simply outsource this task, since there is no real benefit
in learning programs which are used so rarely you've forgotten what they do next time they're used.

CONFIGURATION MENUS SCREEN SHOT EXAMPLES:
|
|
The i-Tr@der Menus:
Tucked behind the Desktops where the day to day transactions take place, are the i-Tr@der menus. This is generally an area with access
provided to key staff only. All the different functional areas of the system e.g. Email, Sales Order Processing, Stock etc. have their own
management control area. This is where System Users are set up, access to various parts of the system is granted and things like Dropdown
options for various input screens are defined.

Getting things 'just so' for staff:
There is a great deal of flexibility on setting up users profiles. Desktops can be configured for departments, for novice users with
limited functionality, right through to those with multiple desktops and access to the i-Tr@der configuration menu system.
With i-Tr@der you can not only have Internal users but also external.
An External user could be a Supplier, Customer or business partner. This enables i-Tr@der users to have an online workplace
with business associates.

System Image Management:
As each Customer of the i-Tr@der business platform works within their own discreet copy, the images and colours displayed in the system can be modified without affecting others. The
system images are stored in folders accessed through the control settings area of the menus. Although in the main, most Customers stick with the standard images,
in special circumstances they can be replaced or added to.
